All over, Boo Harbor and the surrounding communities similar problems continued to occur.  People arrived too early.  People arrived late for appointments and parties.  Neighbors and friends became irritated with one another.  Irritation turned into anger.  Town’s people began canceling social engagements with friends.  People were tired of waiting for others.  Folks started staying home.  They watched lots of television.  Television programming was just as frustrating.  Programs were not aired at the correct times.  Suddenly the friendly Boo Harbor area was not a friendly place at all. 

Mae’s cousin Libby was a recent college graduate, a very smart young woman.  Libby majored in Organization with a minor in Programming.  She knew the answer.
