advised Pinky Lee that it is always best to make business
practices both known and clear, therefore, Pinky Lee wishes to
tell you about the following policies:
Payments
On her website, Pinky Lee
accepts PayPal.
If you would rather not use
PayPal, Pinky Lee will accept Money Orders mailed to her
accountant. To pay by money order, you must first
use the contact form.
Select "Special Request" as the kind of message you'd like to
send. In your message, include the names of the items and
quantities you wish to purchase, your total, as well as your
name and the shipping address. Also, please note what day
you mailed your payment. Pinky Lee will set aside your
items for you.

Once your payment is
received, your order will be shipped.
Shipping & Handling
With the exception of the
stories - which are delivered digitally via email thanks to
PayLoadz, Pinky Lee
ships products in the most affordable way - generally USPS.
Pinky Lee likes to shop
online, but really dislikes nasty surprises. For this
reason she is promising you that Shipping and Handling will
always be included in the price of the item being sold,
rather than being a surprise during checkout.
Usually Pinky Lee is a
rather silly woman, however when it comes to recycling, she is
VERY SERIOUS. Your products will arrive in recycled/reused
packaging. Your boxes are likely to be marked up and/or
stickered over, and you may find a varied collection of packing
material protecting your purchase. This is all part of
Pinky Lee's dedication to the environment, and to offering the
lowest possible Shipping and Handling Fees.
Returns
Pinky
Lee is very experienced in customer service. Each product
is made with loving care and making sure you are happy with her
products is important to her. However, Pinky Lee is aware
that mistakes happen. That child's hat may not fit quite
right, or damage may occur during shipping.
Should something not be
quite right, please use the
contact form to let Pinky Lee know. Select "Special
Request" as the kind of message you'd like to send, and explain
the problem in your message. She will contact
you with information about how to return the product.
Generally, you may only return for exchange. However, if a
return without exchange is necessary, you will be refunded the
cost of the product and your return postage, provided it is
returned by the method we ask.
